Restaurant operators face a neverending quest to boost the customer experience. To assist in this all-important challenge, a panel of pizzeria operators and other experts will explore ways to change one’s perspective during a webinar, « How to Improve Your Customer Experience by Shifting Focus, » at 2 p.m. ET on May 21.
The free, one-hour webinar will explain strategies for examining the customer’s journey, finding friction points and optimizing the customer experience. The panelists will explore how to improve the customer experience by looking at it through the customer’s eyes.
- Brad Brooks, vice president of sales and marketing at SpeedLine Solutions Inc., a pizza and delivery point of sale developer. Brooks has more than 20 years of experience in restaurant technology, working with some of the largest and fastest growing brands in the world.
Todd Vierra, director of operations at Spinato’s Pizza, has opened over 40 restaurants as a training manager or district manager.
- Reed Daniels of Red’s Savoy, has spent the last eight years doing everything from moving locations from a license to a franchise model, rebranding the business, and implementing core systems, including a franchise POS, online ordering and loyalty program.
- Author Arjun Sen, a former Fortune 500 executive and an international keynote speaker in the brand and customer experience category. He is author of the book, « Customer Karma. »
